Friday 7th October; 6.30 pm onwards. Welcome, meet & greet – Cost $25 per person.
Saturday 8th October; 9.30 am. Annual General Meeting.
A souvenir (a mystery item and highly desirable)
will be available at the close of the AGM. Souvenir -Cost: 0-gauge $10, Dublo $7.50.
Pay at the meeting or include it in your registration fees
10.30 am – 4 pm. Visits to layouts & collections. Details in Applicant Pack
6.30 for 7 pm. The AGM Dinner. -Cost $60 per person.
Sunday 9th October; AGM Auction. -Cost $25 per person.
Includes entry fee, lunch, etc.
8 am. Vendor deliveries. No general admission – stewards only.
9.30 am. General admission, viewing commences, sales table opens.
10.30 am. The AGM Auction commences.
Sunday 9th October; Alternate activity for those not attending the auction,
A visit to the Hahndorf German Village.

Monday 10th October; 11.30 a.m. At Graham and Helen Wood’s for a BBQ at Allen’s Road, Erith, Balaklava,
